1. Scope of Services

1.1 Description of Services:
Graze Provisions offers drop-off catering services specializing in gourmet grazing tables for events, corporate meetings, and private gatherings. The Services include the preparation, assembly, and drop-off delivery of customized grazing tables as ordered by the customer.

1.2 Order Process:
Orders are accepted through our website & via email.. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order, including the event date, time, delivery address, and any special instructions.​

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any future modifications. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.​

 

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Graze Provisions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons related to availability, service limitations, or if we suspect fraud.

3.2 Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be received in full prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept payment via credit card, Venmo, cash, and check].

• Any applicable taxes, service fees, or additional charges will be included at checkout.

3.3 Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit of 50% of the protected total is required at the time of order confirmation. Additional deposits may be required as determined by event needs.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days before the event date to qualify for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations received after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.​

 

4. Delivery and Service Requirements

4.1 Delivery:

• Graze Provisions is a drop-off catering service. We will deliver and set up the grazing table at the agreed-upon location and time.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and complies with any local regulations or venue requirements.

4.2 Customer Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., event date, time, address, and any special instructions).

• Any changes to your order or delivery details must be communicated promptly.

• You must ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order. If no one is present, Graze Provisions is not liable for any delays or spoilage.

• Graze Provisions is solely a drop-off catering service specializing in professionally prepared foods and does not provide on-site kitchen or chef services. All food items provided by Graze Provisions are prepared by certified professionals and must be displayed, served, and stored in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable North Carolina State Food Safety requirements. 

• Graze Provisions’ responsibility is limited to the delivery and set-up of these food items; once the goods have been dropped off at the designated location, all responsibility for proper handling, display, and service passes to the customer. Accordingly, Graze Provisions shall not be held liable for any issues or damages related to the food beyond the point of drop-off. 

• A detailed list of the included food items along with their recommended service guidelines is available upon request.​

 

5. Modifications and Special Requests

Any modifications or special requests must be confirmed by Graze Provisions in writing. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee changes that affect the order’s feasibility or delivery schedule.​

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Graze Provisions website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Graze Provisions or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from the Company.​

 

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Graze Provisions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or availability of our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graze Provisions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your order or use of our Services.
